האם טייס קרב טס בהתחלה על B2? לא, קודם מתחילים במטוסים הקטנים יותר והזולים יותר, ואחרי הרבה שנים של ניסיון, עולים לB2. האם טייס מסחרי טס ישר על 747? לא, קודם מתחילים בקטנים יותר, ואז שוב אחרי הרבה שנים עולים לג'מבו ולקונקורד. כך גם באוניות גדולות של 400 מטר, מתחילים בשוקע היותר נמוך, ואז לאט לאט מטפסים לטופ שהוא 16.5 מטרים. כבר אמרנו בעבר שנתבים הם נציגי המדינה בכול הקשור לבטיחות השייט בנמלים, וכפועל יוצא לפי שיקול דעתם הבלעדי, ולא ע"פ שיקולים מסחריים, הם מחליטים על הסטנדרטים הבסיסיים, בייחוד להתחלה של פקידת אוניות כול כך גדולות המגיעות לנמל. כול שאר העניינים מסביב אינם מעניינים ולא צריכים לעניין את הנתב, שצריך לתמרן כלים כה כבדים של 260,000 טון ויותר בביטחה לרציף ומהרציף. אני מבטיח שגם אם הנתבים היו מכניסים אוניות אלו עם שוקע של 16.5 מטר, היה מה להעיר ולהתחכם, שחררו את הנתבים, תעברו להתעסק בסקטור אחר.

Chanoch Winnykamin, former editor of the newsletter and director of the Israeli Shippers' Council. He edited the Transport publication of the Israeli Export Institute, organizer and lecturer at International Conferences on Transportation, Producer of the Hebrew version of the Incoterms Guide of the International Chamber of Commerce ICC for International Trade Terms, and former member and coordinator of the Transport Committee of the National Committee of Israel International Chamber of Commerce, former CEO of the Haifa and the North Chamber of Commerce and Industry, former member of the board of the European Shippers' council and member of various committees of the International Chamber of Commerce in the fields of logistics.
Pninit Berman, managed the Israeli Shippers' Council, former Vice President of the Haifa and the North Chamber of Commerce and Industry, an economist with a master's degree in business administration from Tel Aviv University. She has nine years of experience in the users' association and has extensive knowledge of the maritime transport industry.
Odeia Schwetz, Is a Haifa journalist who covers ports, customs, environment, and land transport.
Yaron Hoffman, who specializes in forwarding and airfreight, serves as a reporter covering aviation, international forwarding, and foreign trade.
