| כמו תמיד- הכל איזה הסכם עשו |
בשנים ההם חברות שילוח רבות עבדו על בסיס של כאילו. יענו יהיה בסיידר, עשו הסכם מעורפל שבד"כ בעלי החברה ביקש מהפרילנסר לעשות, והתנהלו כאילו הכל מובן. ואם עבר חתול שחור ביניהם- הכל היה תלוי כמה הפרילנסר מוכן להשקיע לקבל את כספו. ממתי התביעה הזו? 6 שנים אחורה? מבינים? בישראל, לא מקובל למלא חוזים כלשונן. כולם יודעים שחוזה הוא רק נייר שאח"כ אולי- אולי- יריבו עליו בבית משפט, ואולי לא, עלויות המשפטים גדולות ורק בעלי "כיסים עמוקים" בד"כ חברות השילוח- יכולים לעמוד בזה. בזמן שלוקח... ישראלים-לא מכבדים כלום, אפס לכן המון חברות גלובליות שעובדות מול ישראל, פשוט לא רוצות את זה, הרי, בינינו, מה הטעם לעבוד עם מישהו שעוד לפני שיבש הדיו על החוזה כבר מפר אותו?

The editorial team includes people who understand the needs of cargo owners.
Chanoch Winnykamin, former editor of the newsletter and director of the Israeli Shippers' Council. He edited the Transport publication of the Israeli Export Institute, organizer and lecturer at International Conferences on Transportation, Producer of the Hebrew version of the Incoterms Guide of the International Chamber of Commerce ICC for International Trade Terms, and former member and coordinator of the Transport Committee of the National Committee of Israel International Chamber of Commerce, former CEO of the Haifa and the North Chamber of Commerce and Industry, former member of the board of the European Shippers' council and member of various committees of the International Chamber of Commerce in the fields of logistics.
Pninit Berman, managed the Israeli Shippers' Council, former Vice President of the Haifa and the North Chamber of Commerce and Industry, an economist with a master's degree in business administration from Tel Aviv University. She has nine years of experience in the users' association and has extensive knowledge of the maritime transport industry.
Odeia Schwetz, Is a Haifa journalist who covers ports, customs, environment, and land transport.
Yaron Hoffman, who specializes in forwarding and airfreight, serves as a reporter covering aviation, international forwarding, and foreign trade.
A writer from London, Eric Perry covers the maritime transport industry and transport policy in Europe.
