| נכון שמדובר בחשמלי..זה כמו פלאפון |
אבל מה לעשות, למרות שהעתיד רכבים חשמליים, העתיד עדיין לא כאן.. ועדיין רחוק, ואף אחד לא רוצה להחליף רכב כמו להחליף טלפון נישא, לכן אולי, מי שצריך, ורוצה ויש בכיסו להחליף, שיקנה רכב יותר "מסורתיים"... ובטח לא סינים, אבל אתה יודע דן, שבארץ, הגיון והוצאות, לא חברים טובים...

ויניקמן האל יודע מי זה, אינו איש ים, אינו רב חובל ואפילו אינו חובל גוררת, לכן רמת ההבנה שלו שווה לאפס. על כך הוא מעיד במשפט האחרון בכתבה שהוא מתבסס על איש מקצוע, מי זה איש המקצוע? מה הסמכתו? הוא לא כותב, לכן זה לא רציני. לגבי הנתבים, כל עיכוב כן נבדק על ידי רב חובל הנמל, כך באשדוד וכך גם בחיפה, כול תאונה מתוחקרת על ידי רספ"ן ורב חובל הנמל ואם צריך להוציא הנחיות כנגד נתב זה מבוצע. מה לעשות שנתב הוא גם רב חובל, עם ניסיון רב יותר מרב החובל של האונייה שאינו מכיר את הניתוב בנמל, אינו מכיר את הבעיות של אותו נמל ואינו מכיר את המורכבויות. לכן יש הסמכה לניתוב וזמן נמל שעובר כול נתב לפני שהוא מוסמך, לכן גם האחריות עליו וגם ההחלטה האם לבצע ניתוב או לא. כול התגובות המתלהמות כאן הם של אנשים עם חשבונות אישיים ואו כול מיני מתחזים לרבי חובלים שהם בעצם חובלי גוררת, גרועים יש לציין.

Chanoch Winnykamin, former editor of the newsletter and director of the Israeli Shippers' Council. He edited the Transport publication of the Israeli Export Institute, organizer and lecturer at International Conferences on Transportation, Producer of the Hebrew version of the Incoterms Guide of the International Chamber of Commerce ICC for International Trade Terms, and former member and coordinator of the Transport Committee of the National Committee of Israel International Chamber of Commerce, former CEO of the Haifa and the North Chamber of Commerce and Industry, former member of the board of the European Shippers' council and member of various committees of the International Chamber of Commerce in the fields of logistics.
Pninit Berman, managed the Israeli Shippers' Council, former Vice President of the Haifa and the North Chamber of Commerce and Industry, an economist with a master's degree in business administration from Tel Aviv University. She has nine years of experience in the users' association and has extensive knowledge of the maritime transport industry.
Odeia Schwetz, Is a Haifa journalist who covers ports, customs, environment, and land transport.
